Blackberries, dark plums and leather unfold onto the palate with a soft velvety texture. Notes of baking spice and earth are framed with firm tannins and acidity. Aged 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels. Fruit sourced from Coyote Canyon Vineyards, Horse Heaven Hills, WA. 50 cases produced.
Beautifully crafted from our estate grown Pinot Noir. A blend of three clones, pommard, dijon115, dijon777 in equal amounts this years pinot is lush and complex with notes of fennel, cherry cola, baking spice and black cherry.
The aromatics present ample notes of fresh flowers, citrus and apple. The mid-pallet has generous of amounts of acidity while being balanced, finish is clean and crisp.
