Blackberries, dark plums and leather unfold onto the palate with a soft velvety texture. Notes of baking spice and earth are framed with firm tannins and acidity. Aged 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels.   Fruit sourced from Coyote Canyon Vineyards, Horse Heaven Hills, WA. 50 cases produced.

Beautifully crafted from our estate grown Pinot Noir. A blend of three clones, pommard, dijon115, dijon777 in equal amounts this years pinot is lush and complex with notes of fennel, cherry cola, baking spice and black cherry.

Our all natural sparkling wine made of 100% Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard. Fermented naturally in 100% stainless steel.

Crafted from our very own estate fruit our 2021 Pinot Noir is full and round. Aromas of black cherry, forest floor and spice, it is sure to please. We fermented in small lots with our three clones of Pinot Noir, Pommard, Dijon115 and Dijon 777. 18 months in the barrel tamed the acidity and integrated

An ancient varietal that has deep roots in both France and Spain. Primary notes of boysenberry layered with hints of black pepper, cocoa, leather and tobacco. Smooth and silky in the mouth with a long finish.

Fruit sourced from our estate vineyard we wanted to bring to a clone specific sparkling wine.We chose our pommard clone for this sparkler and we are very pleased with the result and we hope you will enjoy it.
