Ellen Whyte is a well known performer in the Pacific Northwest. She is an Oregon Music Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Grammy Award nominated singer, songwriter and guitarist. Continuously impressing audiences, she is one of the few who can sing blues, pop and jazz with the passion, skill and authenticity that keeps fans coming back for more.

Ellen has fronted bands continuously now for more than 30 years, as she has seven critically acclaimed albums. She was captivated by music since she was a child growing up in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Leaving the humidity and the taffeta dresses of her accordion marching band behind, Ellen branched out to blue grass, gospel, rock, blues and jazz. Her eclectic tastes in music include heroes such as Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Joni Mitchell, and Bonnie Raitt.

Ellen is known for her astonishing vocals, as she gracefully moves among genres from blues to jazz to funk and ballads. Her percussive rhythm guitar work is well suited to her voice, and she plays solo, in duos and trios, up to a full nine piece band complete with a horn section. She’s won numerous awards for her work, including consideration for two Grammy Award nominations in 1999 and most recently in 2009 for “Four Way Stop.” Ellen will be joined by Sonny Hess, one of the Pacific Northwest’s Best Guitar Players.

Trinity Vineyards is excited to present Skyylar Pelous, ( lead singer for the Boondock Boys) this Saturday September 30th 3-5pm. This southern-born singer and guitarist extraordinaire plays both current and classic southern style rock and country. Join for what most likely will be our final outdoor event of the season. The weather is supposed to be amazing on Saturday the 7th. Inner Limits will be playing great classic rock and a few with their own spin on them. We will have food, water,beer and wine for you as well as some non-alcoholic options. We will have live music from Skyylar Pelous, (lead singer for the Boondock Boys), Fresh shucked oysters on the half shell and BBQ oysters. Each person will receive 3 fresh and 3 BBQ oysters, salad and garlic bread and two glasses of sparking wine, all for $45.00
